I had a great experience with the service department at this Toyota dealership. They took the time to properly diagnose and fix the issue with my truck instead of just guessing or throwing parts at it. I really appreciated their patience with me throughout the entire process and how they kept working toward a solution. Even when a few unforeseen hiccups came up, they were prepared with options and solutions and made sure everything was handled properly. The communication, patience, and attention to detail made a big difference. I definitely felt like they cared about getting the job done right, and I would highly recommend their service department.

Very good staff

Brought my father in law's Lexas over for service and a TPMS issue. The service department quickly diagnosed the fault and quickly provided the recommended repair path, which also included the need of tqo tires. The service went smooth and repair was shorter than expected as having to obtain Lexas parts for the TPMS. I am really appreciative of Walker Jones Toyota.

As always they are fast, helpful, thorough, and friendly!! I think the best part is they are honest!! John at the Chevrolet dealership has always been great and my first experience with Zach and the super nice young lady in Toyota service were amazing as well!!

I was impressed with the service department at Walker Jones Toyota. I relocated to SE Georgia a decade ago, after using Toyota South in Richmond Kentucky for decades. Toyota South has delivered great service to it's customers over decades. When I moved to the South, I noticed a marked dropoff in my service satisfaction at every dealer I tried. Almost all were constantly aiming to sell me unrequired service when I came in. After not being able to wring an estimate for my 30K service at my closest dealer, I spoke with Zack at Walker Jones. Zack gave me an accurate estimate and I got a great service. Kudos and Accolades, Walker Jones!
